Introducing Bangladesh's favorite card game
Callbreak is a trick-taking card game that is very popular in Bangladesh and South Asia. In this four-player game, players announce their "call" each round — a promise of how many hands (tricks) they will win. Spades always act as the trump card, which makes the game strategic and exciting.
Thousands of people across Bangladesh, including Dhaka, play Callbreak every day. Now at bd36, you can play this beloved game from anywhere, at any time — all you need is a smartphone or computer.
Playing Callbreak on the bd36 platform is safe, fast and easy. SSL encryption and fair play are guaranteed, so every game is completely transparent.
How do you play Callbreak?
Knowing the basic rules of Callbreak makes it very easy to get started at bd36. The key points are outlined below.
Deck and Deal
A full deck of 52 cards is used. Each of the four players is dealt 13 cards. Every round begins with players announcing their "call".
Trump Card
Spades (♠) are always the trump card. Any Spade can beat a card from any other suit. This special rule is what makes Callbreak strategically challenging.
Call System
Each player must make a minimum of 1 call per round. Winning fewer tricks than announced results in a point deduction; winning more earns bonus points.
Points Calculation
Fulfilling your call earns 1 point per trick. A break (failing to meet your call) results in the same number of points being deducted. The player with the highest points wins.
Online Competition
At bd36 you play against real players. Every session has four genuine competitors, which makes the game far more exciting.
